Charles graduated with honors from the University of Missouri, Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Business, with an emphasis in Marketing. He then attended Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia. There he met his wife-to-be, Jessica. During law school he worked in the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts in Chesapeake, Virginia, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
After completing law school, Charles moved to Longview to join his wife in starting their law firm, Kroscher & Kroscher, P.C. The law offices of Kroscher & Kroscher has its primary location in Gregg County, Texas.
